AUTHORIZATION FOR RACE NUMBER COLLECTION
Only athletes member of Italian Triathlon Federation FITRI can delegate a third person to pick up their starting number.
Athletes applying for a daily licence and athletes member of a foreign country federation, has to pick up race number in person.
