HOW TO ENTER
Without online registration, you cannot participate! No entries allowed on the day of the race! Please follow the instructions below.
It’s mandatory to register as follows:
- online until thrusday 25.09.2025 (closing time: 8 pm) clicking on the button below
- Registration must be carried out by a parent or guardian, entering the data of the participant as required by the online form The registration fee is then paid in cash upon collection of the race number, according to the schedule below.
- No registration will be possible after the deadline or directly on site on the race weekend.
Non-members of F.I.Tri. (Italian Triathlon Federation) have to:
- provide, at the time of registration, some additional data in order to activate a valid membership for participation in the event: address of residence, date and place of birth, tax code.
- present a valid sports or health medical certificate (issued after 27.09.2024 – validity 1 year) when collecting the race packet. In the absence of the certificate, participation will not be permitted under any circumstances.

- MINICUCCIOLI – Born in 2018 and 2019 (from 6 years of age)
- CUCCIOLI – Born in 2017 and 2016
- ESORDIENTI – Born in 2015 and 2014
ENTRY FEE
to be payed when picking up race number.- Licenced: 7euro (licence need to be shown)
- Not licenced: 10euro
ATTENTION!
- Who need a licence will have to bring a medical certification that specify perfect condition for competing in a triathlon competition. Italian resident also need to take a copy of “Permission to stay”.
A parent need to be at the number-pick. - We invite all registered athletes to pick-up race number, if possible, on Friday or Saturday morning, as of specified in the event schedule.
Entry fee includes:
- All necessary for competing
- Race gift (i.e. t-shirt)
- Medical service
- Post race snack
- Finisher medal and Diploma (only for participants that will cross the finish line)
- Access to the online collection of race photos (link sent by e-mail)
COURSE
2025
Detailed regulations are included in the envelope with the race number.
A detailed briefing is also held before the start of the first race.
SWIM
Maximum water height 100cm ca. In case of bad water condition, the swim is replaced with a short run.Only the MiniCuccioli category can wear the race bib in swimming. Other categories must leave their bib number on the bike to be worn during the first transition.
BIKE
The route is on asphalt, flat and linear along the promenade with no technical difficulties.MTB (VTT) is preferred. Road race bikes are forbidden. Bike helmet is mandatory.
The helmet must be worn and fastened before taking the bike and may only be unfastened after leaving the bike in the changing area at the end of the stage. It is forbidden to ride bare-chested or barefoot.
RUN
The route is on asphalt, flat and linear along the promenade with no technical difficulties.
It is forbidden to run bare-foot or bare-chested.

14.00 – 14.30 : Race number pick up at Ristorante Capriccio – seafront near race start (1)
14.30 : Briefing for all categories (2)
15.00 : ELBAMAN KIDS first race start (3)
16.00 : Post race snack and prize ceremony (4)

NOTES
(1) Participants that have requested a licence need to present a medical cerification and need to be accompained by a parent.
(2) A written briefing is inside the starter package. It is mandatory to read it carefully.
(3) Categories or genders could compete together accordingly to the number of entries. Classification will be separated for each category and gender.
(4) All finisher are prized.
